Ingredients:
- with magical Criollo fine raw cocoa from Mayamunay in Venezuela in ceremonial quality
- Makes up to four liters of magical chai
Preparation:
Gently roast approximately 15g (3 heaped tablespoons) of the spice mix per liter in a dry saucepan until fragrant. Then add your preferred milk alternative and water (50:50, cold) and sweeten to taste. Bring to a boil with the lid on and over high heat.
Then remove from the heat, wait a moment, and add the black tea (3-4g per liter, optional). After 2-3 minutes, strain everything through a fine sieve and enjoy!
