Ingredients based on 600g packaging:

➻ 500g raw cacao granules, 70g date syrup, 10g Cordyceps sinensis, 10g Hericium, 10g Reishi
➻ Raw cacao from Maya Munay - fair & sustainable from Venezuela
➻ Date syrup from Dattelbär - Sukkary dates from Saudi Arabia
➻ Mushroom extract powder from Multinova - a certified organic, German medicinal mushroom company

Dosage recommendation:

Light & flowing: 15g ~ approx. 1 tbsp
Strong, ceremonial: 30-45g ~ approx. 2-3 tbsp

Spice recommendation:

Cinnamon; cardamom; tonka bean; nutmeg;
(Cayenne) pepper; orange oil; vanilla

Preparation:

Add your amount of granules + spices to the heated water or plant-based drink.
Mix your shroom cacao until it's as frothy as possible so that all the aromas can develop.

The less liquid, the creamier it becomes.

All Mayamunay products are:

No artificial substances are added. On the haciendas, only the fallen leaves of cacao, banana, and apamate trees, as well as yucca and ocumo plants, and compost are used. The compost is made from the fruiting bodies—the mazorcas. Thus, the cacao plants are nourished by the cacao plants themselves.
