Es werden keine künstlichen Substanzen hinzugefügt. Auf den Haciendas werden ausschließlich die herunterfallenden Blätter der Kakao-, Banan- und Apamatebäume, sowie der Yucca- und der Ocumo-Pflanze, als auch Komposterde verwendet. Die Komposterde wird aus den Fruchtkörpern - den Mazorcas - gewonnen. Somit nährt sich der Kakao auch wieder vom Kakao.
Es ist möglich, ein wundervolles „Produkt“ und eine Wertschöpfungskette zu kreieren, in welcher für alle Mitwirkenden ausreichend von allem vorhanden ist.Um voneinander zu lernen und miteinander zu wachsen, arbeiten wir Hand in Hand mit den Bauern und Bäuerinnen in Venezuela.
Wir möchten dem Kakao dienen und zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität aller daran Mitwirkenden beitragen.
Jede*r fühlt sich angemessen „bezahlt“ und wohlwollend behandelt.
